Hello Cold November

Winter is upon us, and we must remember to keep ourselves in a positive mood. Even though it is not easy when daylight seems to disappear so quickly. Which is why it is important to stay active, read an enjoyable book, visit friends join a yoga class, start meditation go for a walk. 

November is a great time to take a good look in the mirror and to ask yourself, ”Am I happy, Do I like what I see, Do I need to change anything about myself”?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then why not think about going for a different look, different style or maybe change the colours that you wear every day. You would be surprised at just how making that one minor change will make you feel. 

I often ask my clients silly little questions, sometimes people tend to shy away from answering them, but by letting go and being truthful to yourself you will be surprised at just how much of a release it can be and all you need to do is trust yourself. Think of the things that make you happy and go with it.
